This Privacy Policy explains how LOFEO collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our senior care, family safety, and live location alert services. By using LOFEO, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the service, including your name, phone number, email address, current location, and home location. Your home location is used to support safe-radius alerts.

If you connect a LOFEO Watch, we may also process current watch-related health and activity signals, such as heart rate, movement/activity status, device status, and SOS activity, to support app features and alerts.

LOFEO may also process alert-related information, such as fall detection events, SOS button presses, no-movement alerts, and safe-radius notifications, so that your trusted contacts or care team can be notified.

3. Location Data

LOFEO stores your current location so that authorized people in your care circle can view your live location and receive safety alerts. We do not store historical location trails. Your current location is refreshed as the app updates, replacing the prior current location.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, connect you with people you choose to watch over or people who watch over you, show live location to authorized members, send safety alerts, configure home-radius settings, support connected LOFEO Watches, and provide support or service notices.

5. How Information Is Shared

Your current location, alerts, and connected-watch health or activity signals may be shared with people who are connected to you through LOFEO as authorized watchers, family members, friends, care staff, or community members. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Storage

LOFEO stores account information, including name, phone number, email address, home location, and current location. Current location is refreshed and replaced. LOFEO does not store historical location data or location history. Connected-watch health and activity signals are used to provide current safety context and alerts.

7. Your Choices

You may manage who is connected to you, who can watch over you, and who you watch over within the app. You may also request account updates or deletion by contacting LOFEO through the support channel provided in the app or website.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No digital service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit collection and storage to the information needed for LOFEO to function.

9. Children

LOFEO is intended for use by adults, families, senior care homes, and communities. If LOFEO is used for a minor or dependent person, a parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver must provide appropriate consent and oversight.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required by law.
