By accessing or using LOFEO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About LOFEO

LOFEO is a senior care, family safety, and community tracking app that helps authorized people view live location and receive alerts for potential falls, movement outside a defined home radius, no movement for a defined amount of time outside sleep hours, and SOS button presses. LOFEO may also offer integrated watches that allow watch users to share location, trigger SOS, and provide current health and activity signals.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

4. Consent and Care Circles

You may add people who watch over you, and you may be added by others to watch over them. You agree to connect only with people where you have proper permission, authority, or consent. You must not track or attempt to track anyone without authorization.

5. Proper Use

You agree to use LOFEO for lawful safety, care, family, and community purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or use LOFEO for stalking, coercion, or any unlawful monitoring.

6. Alerts and Limitations

LOFEO provides alerts and watch health signals to support faster awareness and response, but it is not an emergency medical device, diagnostic tool, emergency response service, or substitute for professional care. Fall detection, no-movement detection, live location, safe-radius alerts, SOS alerts, and health or activity signals may be affected by device settings, battery level, network availability, sensor accuracy, location permissions, watch fit, and other technical factors.

7. Emergency Situations

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. LOFEO should be used as an additional safety tool, not as the only method for emergency support.

8. Location and Device Permissions

LOFEO requires location, notification, and related device permissions to function properly. If permissions are disabled, restricted, or inaccurate, some features may not work as expected.

9. LOFEO Watches

LOFEO Watches are intended to work with the LOFEO app and authorized care circles. Watch features may require pairing, compatible devices, active network access, battery charge, and enabled permissions. Health and activity information is provided for general safety context and should not be treated as medical advice or a medical diagnosis.

10. Privacy

Your use of LOFEO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information, including current location and account details.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of LOFEO at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Intellectual Property

LOFEO, including its name, branding, design, software, and content, is owned by LOFEO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from LOFEO except as allowed by law or with written permission.

13. Disclaimers

LOFEO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOFEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from missed alerts, delayed alerts, inaccurate location, device failure, network failure, or unauthorized use.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, misused the service, or used LOFEO unlawfully.
